I've used this build in Nemesis (as 1h+shield) and it has proved to have strong survivability and with good 1h physical weapon I've been keeping up and often surpassing the damage of the 2h Spectral Throw builds. It's very easy to tweak to suit DW or specific weapon(Axe especially)

This build has been designed to be easy. It relies mainly on quest reward gems and does not depend a lot from the gear. The primary skill is Cyclone with Life on Hit, allowing to regenerate a lot of life while dealing damage.

I set out to make a critical based archer that was versatile enough to use a variety of different skills equally well. This build lets you swap skills when you get bored, or rotate them in and out based on party member skills or map types.

I started out this HC/Nemesis build as a dualist because at lower levels you are gaining life, dps, and defensive nodes very early on. You should have no issue with leveling this build, and there are some relatively cheap uniques out there that makes leveling this character very fast.
